Got on the Sound Transit Light Rail to downtown Seattle with my son to watch Macy’s Christmas Parade after thanksgiving day.

Manila Flood 2009

I receive an email from a friend containing some pictures from the flooding disaster in Manila. Horrible but encouraged to see the willingness of people within the disaster help others.

Fremont Solstice Parade 2009

I had this posted in another site of mine but I’ve decided to include it here. I may just move that whole site content here. This event was in the summer (June) but I’ll just keep the post date to now. This is an annual event in Seattle. In prior ones I’ve been to, I was shooting from the side, like most everybody. This year, I decided to acquire a press pass so I could be immersed in the parade!

Sand in the City (Olympia, Washington)
